If you or someone you know has a Lifeline alarm and you are not sure who has supplied it, there are a few things that you can try. Normally, the equipment itself will indicate who has supplied it. For example, all our personal alarms have a sticker on the unit with our contact details. Failing this, you can activate the alarm and ask the team that you connect to who the alarm is provided by or you can check the alarm user’s bank statements where the company name would be listed.
