A personal alarm is a simple piece of equipment for your home that makes it easier to call for help in an emergency. An alert is sent at the press of a button, or automatically if you have a fall detector. The built-in loudspeaker allows our Response Team to communicate with you when you need help.
If you need help at any time, simply press the alert button on your personal alarm base unit or pendant. This will send an alert to our 24/7 Response Team. When the alert is received, our team answer your call and speak to you using the base unit loudspeaker. After assessing the situation, they then inform your emergency contacts that help is required.
If, for any reason, you cannot hear or respond to the Response Team, they will continue to arrange help for you.
If you experience a fall and require support, simply activate your personal alarm by pressing the button on your pendant. This will send an alert to our TSA accredited Response Team, who will arrange help.
All of our devices come with fall detection which provides automatic alerts when it senses you have fallen, even if you are unconscious or otherwise unable to press the button yourself.
When you activate your personal alarm, an alert is sent to our 24/7, TSA accredited Response Team. They answer the call and speak with you over your base unit’s loudspeaker to assess what help is required. The Response Team will then call your emergency contacts. If medical attention is required, the Response Team will also alert the emergency services.
If, for any reason, you cannot hear or respond to the Response Team, they will continue to arrange help for you.
