Please note: this alarm requires a traditional analogue landline and will not work with the UK-wide digital landline switchover, which is currently underway. We strongly recommend choosing a digital alarm instead, as this model should only be considered a short-term, last-resort option. If you as the alarm user, or the person you are ordering for, have a long-term illness or disability, then you do not have to pay VAT for this service. If you select yes for VAT exemption, no VAT will be added to your purchase price. You will need to complete a short VAT relief form which will be sent to you after your order. Delivery

Order before 5pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays order by 12-noon and Sundays by 10am to receive your next day delivery. Your alarm can be setup within 24-hours of ordering.

Returns

An unwanted product can be returned for a refund within 30 days* of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, packaging. If an unwanted alarm is returned, all service charges will be refunded and all LifeConnect24 require is the set-up fee.

This returns policy for opened and unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made, online or over the phone.

Important Information

This alarm is only a short-term, last-resort option where your home has neither a mobile signal nor an internet connection, and you have a traditional landline phone. As this alarm is not compatible with the UK’s landline-to-digital switchover, and will need upgrading when your home and phone line is switched.

How It Works

Press the alert button on your alarm base unit or pendant. This will send an alert to our in-house Response Team, who answer and assess the situation by speaking to you over your alarm base unit’s loudspeaker.
Emergency contacts are informed that your alarm has been activated, and help is required. If you need medical attention or your chosen contacts cannot be reached, our Response Team will call the emergency services.

Your lightweight Lifeline Alarm pendant works up to 100m away from the alarm base unit. The pendant is lightweight, waterproof, and can be worn on your wrist or around your neck.
