Delivery
Order before 5pm to receive your order next day. Your alarm can be setup within 24-hours of ordering.
Returns
An unwanted product can be returned for a refund within 30 days* of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, packaging. If an unwanted alarm is returned, all service charges will be refunded and all LifeConnect24 require is the set-up fee.
This returns policy for opened and unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made, online or over the phone.
Fall Detection:
Fall alarm sensors and detectors on all devices use an algorithm to recognise the difference between ‘hard’ falls and other movements. They cannot guarantee to detect all falls because it depends on where and how the fall detection device is worn or located on the body, at the time of the fall. For this reason, if you have had a fall or need assistance you should still press the button on your device if you are able to.
Alarm call response time:
We endeavour to answer 97.5% of emergency alarm calls within 60 seconds, in alignment with our commitment with the TSA.
Network Requirements:
If you have an alarm device that relies on an unlocked SIM card, it will need a mobile signal to connect to us. If you are in a location that has no available mobile signal, then an alarm call cannot be made, you will not be able to speak with our Response Team, and our Response Team will not be able to know your location. This is the same as, for example, when you try to make a phone call from a mobile phone when you have no signal – it cannot connect.
Please note that whilst our SIM devices, such as GPS pendants and Personal Alarm products, will work with weaker mobile signals, a 4G signal is recommended for faster connections to our Response Team.:

How It Works
Your Lifeline Fall Detector activates automatically when it detects a fall. The pendant vibrates and a light will turn on to let you know the alert has been sent. Our in-house Response Team answer the alert, assessing the situation by speaking to you through your alarm base unit’s built-in loudspeaker.
Emergency contacts are informed that your alarm has been activated and help is required. If you need medical attention or your chosen contacts cannot be reached, our Response Team will call the emergency services. No need for you to remember phone numbers – our team do all the work.
Your Fall Detector Alarm can also be activated manually by pressing the button on your pendant or alarm base unit.
Reassurance at Home and in the Garden
Enjoy the freedom of living independently throughout your home and garden. Your fall detector pendant will continue to work up to 100m away from the alarm base unit. You can live confidently knowing you can activate your alarm even at the bottom of your garden. Your pendant is lightweight, waterproof, and can be worn on your wrist or around your neck.
No Need to Charge
Your Fall Detector pendant has a battery life of up to seven years with no charging required. When the battery runs low, our systems let us know and we send a free replacement pendant to keep you connected.
Your base unit has up to 40 hours of backup battery if mains power is lost, meaning there’s no need to worry about power cuts. Rest assured that you will remain connected to our Response Team. The base unit will automatically recharge when your mains power is restored.
Lifetime Warranty
