The latest Lifeline Alarm is very simple to set-up. Most customers are able to install it themselves in just a few minutes, as it simply needs to be plugged into mains power.

Installing the alarm is very easy – it comes with full instructions that will have you up and running in 3 easy steps!

All our alarm pendants are certified water-resistant.

However, we do advise against submerging your pendant in bath water for prolonged periods, as the soaps and oils may affect the seals.

The pendant has a range of up to 100 metres. This is more than enough to cover the entirety of the average home and garden in the UK.
