All of our Lifeline accessories are available to order over the phone on 0800 999 0400. Pricing does not include VAT – the vast majority of our customers are eligible for VAT exemption.
Our customer service and sales team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You may wish to add an additional pendant for a spouse, family member, to keep as a spare, or hang in a high-risk area such as your bathroom.
LIFELINE ACCESSORIES
The Smoke Detector
The smoke detector links with your Lifeline alarm unit and, when activated, will trigger a local alarm as well as alerting our Response Team. A member of the team can speak with the resident and assess the situation before contacting the emergency services. We offer the smoke detector for an additional £49.99 per annum.
The Big Button Phone
Our Big Button Telephone has large, clear numbering with hearing aid compatibility. It also ahs a visual call indicator and earpiece volume control, making it a great option for those who are hard of hearing, have poor eyesight, or limited dexterity.
