Medical alert alarms are designed specifically for the elderly and disabled people. With our standard alarm plan, you’ll receive the Lifeline Vi Alarm Unit and the MyAmie Pendant – the UK’s leading personal alarm devices, full of life-saving telecare technology.

Our medical alert alarm is a plug-and-play unit. Simply plug it into your existing telephone socket and a power socket. Then connect your telephone to the alarm with the adaptor provided and you are ready to test your alarm. To test, just press the red button and you’ll be connected to our 24-hour Response Team, based right here in the UK.

With medical alert alarms, you may also qualify for VAT Exemption – which means you will not pay any VAT.

INSTALLING THE LIFELINE ALARM IS QUICK & EASY

The Lifeline Alarm unit is pre-programmed before you receive it so there is no need to wait for installation engineers — your alarm can be ready to use within 24 hours of ordering!

Installation is quick and easy, taking only a few minutes. After installing your alarm, you will complete a test call with our UK-based Response Team to ensure the Lifeline Alarm is set up correctly. The installation procedure is outlined in this helpful video. You will also receive a detailed installation guide with your alarm. It really is as simple as plugging your alarm in.

Once you’ve joined our service, you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager. If you have any account queries, you will be able to speak to them directly over the telephone.

THE MYAMIE PENDANT

The MyAmie Pendant is designed with comfort in mind, ideal for wearing for long periods of time. You can choose whether to wear the pendant around your wrist or neck, with both attachments provided inside the box. It has an impressive range of up to 100 metres from the Lifeline Vi Alarm base unit, protecting you throughout your home and garden.

The small, discreet and stylish design means that you don’t have to worry about removing the device if you are heading out – most people won’t even notice it.
