Personal alarms are also commonly known as medi alert systems. Our alarms have been designed specifically for the elderly, frail and disabled. With our standard medi alert package, you’ll receive the Lifeline Vi Alarm Unit and the MyAmie Pendant, both of which are full of the latest Telecare technology. Both devices are manufactured by the experts at Tunstall right here in the UK.

Our medi alert alarm is a plug-and-play unit, which simply plugs into your existing telephone socket and a power socket. Connect your telephone to the alarm with the adaptor provided and you are ready to test your alarm. There’s no need for an extra telephone socket or a splitter.

With the medi alert service, you may also qualify for VAT Exemption – which means you will not pay any VAT. More than 95% of our customers are eligible for VAT relief!

INSTALLING THE LIFELINE ALARM IS QUICK & EASY

The Lifeline Alarm unit is pre-programmed before you receive it so there is no need to wait for installation engineers — your alarm can be ready to use within 24 hours of ordering!

Installation is quick and easy, taking only a few minutes. After installing your alarm, you will complete a test call with our UK-based Response Team to ensure the Lifeline Alarm is set up correctly. The installation procedure is outlined in this helpful video. You will also receive a detailed installation guide with your alarm. It really is as simple as plugging your alarm in.

Once you’ve joined our service, you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager. If you have any account queries, you will be able to speak to them directly over the telephone.

THE MYAMIE PENDANT

The MyAmie Pendant has been designed to be as comfortable as possible for the user. The pendant can be worn around your neck or around your wrist, with both attachments available inside the box.

The small, discreet and stylish design means that you don’t have to worry about removing the device if you are heading out – most people won’t even notice it!
