The MyAmie Pendant Button gives you the power to call for help when you need it! You can wear the pendant around your wrist or neck, whichever you prefer. If you have a fall and can’t get back to your feet, just press your pendant. Our Response Team will get you the help that you need.

THE MYAMIE PENDANT BUTTON

The MyAmie Pendant comes with our standard Personal Alarm package. It’s the latest pendant button from UK Telecare manufacturer Tunstall. This little device is full of the latest industry technology, yet is easy and simple to use.

You can wear the pendant on a cord around your neck or on a wrist strap, like a watch. You’ll receive both attachments with the pendant, so it’s down to you which option you choose. The MyAmie Pendant is small and discreet, yet the red button is actually a third larger than on the previous model.

The MyAmie Pendant has been designed to be as stylish and as comfortable as possible. This ensures that our alarm users can wear it without feeling self-conscious or uncomfortable. In fact, many alarm users admit that they don’t bother taking their pendant off when they’re out with friends.

THE MYAMIE PENDANT

The MyAmie Pendant is designed with comfort in mind, ideal for wearing for long periods of time. You can choose whether to wear the pendant around your wrist or neck, with both attachments provided inside the box. It has an impressive range of up to 100 metres from the Lifeline Vi Alarm base unit, protecting you throughout your home and garden.

The small, discreet and stylish design means that you don’t have to worry about removing the device if you are heading out – most people won’t even notice it.

7 Year Battery Life

The MyAmie Pendant has an impressive seven-year battery life. Once the battery is running low, we automatically receive a warning and will send out a free replacement.

Waterproof

The MyAmie Pendant is waterproof so you can keep it on whilst in the bath or shower. We do not advise submerging the device in water for longer than 30 minutes.

100 Metre Range

The pendant has a range of up to 100 metres. This means that your pendant will still connect to the medical alert alarm unit when you are outside in the garden.

869MHz Frequency

The pendant runs on the 869MHz European Social Alarm Frequency, which means that it doesn’t interfere with other medical equipment in your home.

SECOND PENDANT

When you order your Personal Alarm, you can choose to add an additional MyAmie Pendant Button to your order. This will allow you to keep one pendant for use outside in the garden, for example, or to leave one as a spare on your bedside table. Some of our customers like to have a spare just in case they misplace their original pendant and can’t remember where it is.

If you live with someone else who could benefit from a Lifeline alarm, you can order an additional MyAmie Pendant for them. This way, both of you can feel safe at home with just one alarm base unit installed.

This extra option is available at a price of £49 per year on the Annual Plan, or £5 per month on the Monthly Plan. The prices given are the VAT Exemption prices. To find out if you qualify, please read our VAT Exemption blog post.

24H RESPONSE TEAM

Your MyAmie Pendant Button connects you to our Response Team. Our team have been highly trained, and are accredited by the Telecare Services Association. They’re available to answer your call for help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure that they can always provide you with assistance. Help is always just a click away with a Lifeline.

During an emergency situation, the Response Team will receive an alert call from your alarm once you press the red button. They’ll respond within a few short seconds to see how you are and what’s happened to you.

They’ll then arrange for help by calling either friends, family or your neighbours and asking them to attend. If you require medical attention, the Response Team also call for an ambulance and share any relevant medical information with them.
