LIFELINE PHONE ALERT SYSTEM INSTALLATION
The Lifeline phone alert system is easy to use and simple to set up. Anyone can install it in just a few minutes:
- Plug the base unit into the mains power and your telephone socket.
- Plug your telephone into the back of the base unit, using the adaptor provided.
- Once connected, press the red help button to begin a test call with our 24-Hour Response Team
- The Response Team will check that everything is working perfectly.

24-HOUR RESPONSE TEAM
The Lifeline Phone Alert System wouldn’t be complete with our 24-Hour Response Team. Our highly trained team is accredited by the Telecare Services Association. They’ll be on hand to help with any emergency situation. They are available 365 days a year to ensure that you receive the best possible service 24/7.
When you push your red help button, the Response Team will instantly receive an alert. A member of the team will respond within seconds, via the loudspeaker on the base unit. The team member will assess your situation and arrange whatever help you need, reassuring you while you wait.
In most cases, they will call your emergency contacts (family, friends and neighbours). If needed, they’ll also call the emergency services to come and assist you.
