CASE STUDY: OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH KING'S LYNN CARELINE

In October 2020, LifeConnect24 won a competitive tender to provide 24/7 monitoring for the

King’s Lynn Careline service.

This service, provided by King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council, helps thousands of people to continue living independently in their homes. About King’s Lynn Careline The King’s Lynn Careline service is one of the region’s most trusted and established personal alarm providers. They support around 4,500 elderly and disabled people across Norfolk and parts of Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Lincolnshire. The service helps people to continue living independently in the homes they love, rather than moving into residential care.

Working with LifeConnect24

LifeConnect24 was chosen to provide the 24/7 monitoring service for all Careline alarm users. We have our own dedicated response centre, based right here in Norfolk, which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. From our state of the art response centre, we support personal alarm users up and down the UK – and with a growing team of emergency call handlers, we’re in a position to help more and more vulnerable people live safely at home.

What We Offer

If you already provide telecare alarms, we can offer a cost-effective monitoring-only service. However, we can also supply state of the art telecare equipment where needed to keep vulnerable residents safe and happy at home. The LifeConnect24 Response Centre has received platinum accreditation from the Telecare Services Association. This ensures that all customers receive the highest level of service. Working with LifeConnect24 can help to take the strain off of local authorities and deliver excellent outcomes for service users. We have also been awarded a place on ESPO framework 203-21 – this means anyone in the public sector can engage with LifeConnect24 directly without having to go through tender.
