Our SOS Alarm Watch service is here to provide peace of mind for you and your loved ones. It gives you a quick and easy way to call for help if you fall or require medical attention. There is no need to reach for a telephone with our pendant; all you need to do is press the red button on your wrist.

Our life-saving alarm service is available 24/7, which means you will always be able to call for help. When you press your SOS Alarm Watch, you’ll be connected to our TSA Accredited Response Team. They will respond instantly to your alarm call and arrange for help to come to you. They will call your emergency contacts (friends and family nominated by you) and the emergency services if needed.

SOS ALARM WATCH - FEATURES

The SOS Alarm Watch has been created by UK manufacturer Tunstall and includes the following features:

• Multiple Wearing Options – Don’t want to wear it like a watch? Simply attach the neck cord and wear it as a necklace. We also offer a belt-clip attachment, which is available upon request.
• Waterproof – You can wear your pendant in the bath and shower, where falls are quite common.
• Seven-Year Battery – There is no need to worry about charging your pendant or buying replacement batteries. It has a powerful seven-year battery life and we’ll send you a free replacement when the battery gets low.

THE SOS ALARM WATCH BASE UNIT

The SOS Alarm Watch comes alongside the Lifeline Vi Unit. This little hub has the following features:

• The alarm unit plugs into your telephone socket and mains power. You can connect your landline telephone to the alarm unit using the adaptor provided.
• The base unit has a loudspeaker and a built-in microphone. This allows clear, crisp communication between the Response Team and the alarm user.
• There is a back-up battery with 40 hours of power that will kick in during a power cut. Once power is restored, this battery will begin to recharge itself automatically.
