With your Lifeline Alarm package, you will receive a Lifeline Vi Alarm base unit and a MyAmie Pendant. Once your alarm unit has been installed, you can choose to wear the MyAmie Pendant on an elasticated strap around your wrist, or around your neck like a necklace.

If you feel unwell or suffer a fall, simply press the button on your pendant to raise the alarm.
Our UK-based Response Team will respond immediately to assess your situation, before taking the appropriate action.
If needed, the Response Team will call your emergency contacts and ask them to visit your home urgently. The emergency services will also be contacted by our Response Team if they are required.
When you press the red button on your MyAmie Pendant, our Response Team will speak to you and arrange the assistance you need. They’ll call your emergency contacts and, if needed, the emergency services to come and help you.
If paramedics are called, we will also pass on your general medical history, allergies and prescriptions so that you receive the best possible care.
Once you join the Lifeline Personal Alarm service, you will have access to our expert Response Team, who provide a platinum level of service. Our UK-based team will monitor your alarm 24/7 to ensure that you always have help available at the touch of a button.
Our Response Team has been accredited by the Telecare Services Association. Day or night, they’ll be on hand to support you.
