Lifeline Alarm - How it works
Our
personal alarm is quick and easy to install into your homes by simply plugging the device into your telephone socket. The discreet MyAmie pendant is light and comfortable and can be worn either around the neck or around your wrist - whichever you would prefer.
Should you suffer from a fall or feel that you need some help then all you need to do is press the big red button on the waterproof pendent and a member of our friendly 24/7 care team will speak to you over the alarm’s loudspeaker system.
They will quickly act on the situation, either by phoning one of your emergency contacts to come and assist you or by contacting the emergency services. Don’t worry if you can’t hear the care time on the loudspeaker - help will be sent to you either way.
