The MyAmie Pendant

Our existing customers already know how brilliant the pendant alarm system is, but for those of you who don't have a personal alarm just yet here is a run-down of how the system works. The MyAmie Pendant comes alongside your Lifeline Vi Base Unit. The pendant can be worn around your neck or your wrist - choose whichever you are most comfortable with. Not only is the pendant small and stylish, but it also has the following features:

1. A 7-year battery life: When the pendant battery gets low we automatically receive a warning and we will send you a brand new replacement right away.
2. Waterproof: This means it can be used in the shower or bath – places where falls are very likely to occur. A waterproof pendant means that you are protected at all times.
3. An impressive range of up to 100 metres: Meaning it can be used throughout the house and garden.
4. 869MHz European Social Alarm frequency: So that it doesn’t interfere with other medical equipment in your home.

All you need to do if you suffer from a fall or have any other medical issue is to press the red button on your pendant. This will send an alert to our 24/7 Response Team. A member of the Response Team will then speak with you over the base unit's loudspeaker system to see if you are okay. They will then call one of your emergency contacts and the emergency services if necessary. Don't worry if you cannot hear the member of the Response Team - They will automatically call for help if they do not hear a response from you. It is also not a problem if you press the help button by mistake as it will be good a test for the pendant - its always good to know that the system is working.
